How to request account deletion
Email support@listnorder.com with the subject “ListNOrder Account Deletion Request” from the email address associated with your account.
Before deletion
We may ask you to verify your identity, ownership or authority. If marketplace connections are active, you should also disconnect or revoke those connections where available to stop future authorized access.
Effect of deletion
Account deletion is intended to remove or de-identify account information and eligible service data that is no longer required. Once completed, access to saved listing drafts, profiles, schedules, mockup projects or other account content may not be recoverable.
Limited retention
We may retain limited records where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, billing records or audit obligations. Retained information will remain subject to our Privacy Policy.
