1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how ADMA Trading LLC (“ADMA Trading,” “ListNOrder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores and protects information when you visit ListNOrder, contact us, create an account, use product features, or connect supported third-party ecommerce services.
2. Information You Provide
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, business or shop name, email address, account details, support communications, product information, SKUs, listing drafts, titles, tags, descriptions, product images, mockup inputs, listing profile settings, scheduling instructions and other content you choose to submit.
3. Marketplace and Store Data
When marketplace integrations are enabled and you authorize a connection, ListNOrder may receive data from supported ecommerce platforms through their official APIs. For personal information relating to Etsy Members that ListNOrder accesses through the Etsy API on behalf of an Etsy seller, ADMA Trading LLC acts as a service provider to that seller and processes such information only to provide the services requested under the applicable ListNOrder terms. Depending on the integration and the permissions you approve, this can include shop or store identifiers, product and listing information, inventory-related data, media, listing status, and order-related information needed for enabled order-management features. We intend to request only permissions reasonably necessary for the features you choose to use.
Etsy and Shopify are the first integrations being developed. eBay and Amazon are planned for later phases. The exact data fields and permissions may differ by marketplace and will be limited by the applicable API and the authorization you grant.
4. OAuth, API Credentials and Connected Accounts
Marketplace account access will use supported authorization methods such as OAuth where required. You should not provide marketplace passwords to ListNOrder. Access tokens and similar credentials used by production integrations are to be handled server-side and protected using appropriate technical and access controls. You may revoke a marketplace connection through ListNOrder controls when available or through the applicable marketplace.
5. AI-Assisted Features
ListNOrder may offer AI-assisted features such as AI List Builder and Mockup AI Engine. When you use these features, product text, images or instructions you submit may be processed by technology providers that help us generate or transform requested outputs. We will disclose material provider-specific terms or choices where required. ListNOrder does not use Etsy API data to train artificial intelligence models unless Etsy expressly authorizes that use.
6. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate and improve ListNOrder features.
- Create and organize seller-requested listing drafts, profiles, schedules and mockups.
- Authenticate users and maintain account security.
- Process authorized marketplace connections and requested marketplace actions.
- Display and synchronize information needed for enabled listing or order workflows.
- Respond to support, privacy and legal requests.
- Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents and technical problems.
- Comply with applicable law and marketplace developer requirements.
7. Service Providers
We may use third-party service providers for hosting, infrastructure, storage, security, communications, analytics, error monitoring and AI-assisted processing. These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for ListNOrder and are subject to applicable contractual or technical controls.
8. Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information or marketplace member data obtained through connected marketplace APIs.
9. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and meet applicable marketplace requirements. Marketplace data should not be retained longer than necessary for the ListNOrder feature for which it was obtained. Retention periods may vary by data type, account status and legal requirement.
10. Deletion and Marketplace Disconnect
You may request deletion of eligible ListNOrder data through our Data Deletion Request page. You may request deletion of a ListNOrder account through our Account Deletion Request page. Disconnecting or uninstalling a marketplace integration will stop new authorized access once the connection is revoked; certain limited records may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention or dispute resolution.
11. Security
We use or intend to use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the data handled by the service, including HTTPS/TLS for data in transit, restricted access to production systems, secure handling of secrets and tokens, and monitoring for security issues. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
12. Data Breach Response
If marketplace member information is compromised or reasonably suspected to be compromised, we will investigate and take required notification steps under applicable law and marketplace developer terms. If Etsy Member data accessed through the Etsy API is affected, we will notify Etsy and the affected Etsy seller within the timeframe required by Etsy’s API Terms, including no later than 24 hours after discovery where those terms apply.
13. International Processing
ListNOrder and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where service providers operate. Where required, we will use appropriate mechanisms for cross-border transfers of personal data.
14. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of certain personal information. You may submit a request through Data Deletion or by emailing support@listnorder.com. We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request.
15. Cookies and Technical Information
The public website may process limited technical information necessary for security, delivery and performance. If we later introduce non-essential analytics, advertising technologies or additional cookies, we will update this policy and implement consent controls where required.
16. Children
ListNOrder is a business-oriented service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the service.
17. Third-Party Platforms
Your use of Etsy, Shopify, eBay, Amazon or other connected services remains subject to those platforms' own terms and privacy practices. ListNOrder is an independent service and does not control how those platforms process information.
18. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as ListNOrder develops, integrations change or legal requirements evolve. The effective date above will be updated when the policy changes materially.
