1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ListNOrder. By using ListNOrder, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use ListNOrder on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
2. The Service
ListNOrder is an independent ecommerce operations platform being developed to help online sellers create and organize listing content, use reusable listing profiles, prepare publishing schedules, create product mockups, connect supported marketplaces and manage operational workflows. Some features described on the website are marked as in development or planned and may not yet be available.
3. Marketplace Integrations
ListNOrder may connect to third-party ecommerce services through authorized APIs. Etsy and Shopify are the first integrations being developed; eBay and Amazon are planned for later phases. Integration availability is subject to technical readiness, platform approval, API availability and the permissions granted by the user.
Your use of a connected marketplace remains subject to that marketplace's own terms, policies, seller standards and account requirements. ListNOrder is not responsible for marketplace account eligibility, suspensions, policy decisions, ranking, sales performance or API outages.
4. Etsy-Specific Requirements
If you connect Etsy, you authorize ListNOrder to access only the Etsy data and permissions you approve through the applicable Etsy authorization flow. You may not use ListNOrder to scrape Etsy, bypass Etsy checkout, manipulate marketplace metrics, or create or manage content in violation of Etsy policies. ListNOrder does not claim endorsement or certification by Etsy.

6. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining the security of your ListNOrder credentials, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. Do not share marketplace passwords, API secrets or access tokens through support forms or email.
7. Seller Content and Permissions
You retain responsibility for product information, images, trademarks, copyrights, listing content and other materials you submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use that content and to authorize the marketplace actions you request. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output before publication.
8. AI-Assisted Output
AI-generated titles, tags, descriptions, images, mockups or other suggestions may contain errors or require editing. ListNOrder does not guarantee that AI-assisted output is accurate, unique, legally compliant, marketplace-compliant or suitable for a particular product. You are responsible for final review and use.
9. Authorized Use
You may use ListNOrder only for lawful business purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload malicious code, circumvent rate limits or security controls, scrape third-party platforms through ListNOrder, misuse marketplace credentials, or use the service to violate marketplace policies or third-party rights.
10. Marketplace Actions
When ListNOrder offers publishing, editing, scheduling or order-related actions, you authorize us to submit the actions you request to the connected marketplace. You remain responsible for reviewing the intended action, product data and marketplace compliance before submission.
11. Intellectual Property
ListNOrder software, branding, interface designs and original service materials are owned by or licensed to ADMA Trading LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of ListNOrder intellectual property to you.
12. Availability and Changes
We may modify, add, suspend or discontinue features as the product evolves or as marketplace APIs and requirements change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of ListNOrder or any third-party integration.
13. Fees
Paid plans are not described in these Terms unless and until pricing is made available. If paid plans or usage-based charges are introduced, applicable pricing, billing and refund terms will be presented before you authorize a charge.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access where necessary to address security risks, illegal activity, misuse, violation of these Terms, violation of marketplace developer requirements, or risk to ListNOrder, marketplace users or third parties.
15. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListNOrder is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee marketplace approval, listing performance, sales results, search placement, AI accuracy or uninterrupted third-party API availability.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ADMA Trading LLC and ListNOrder will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, marketplace suspension or loss of business arising from use of or inability to use the service. Any limitations that cannot legally apply in your jurisdiction will apply only to the extent permitted by law.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from content you submit, marketplace actions you request, your violation of applicable law or third-party rights, or your material breach of these Terms.
18. Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Data and account deletion request procedures are described on our Data Deletion and Account Deletion pages.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the service develops or legal and marketplace requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
