How to request deletion
Email support@listnorder.com with the subject “ListNOrder Data Deletion Request”. Include the email address associated with your ListNOrder account and, if relevant, the connected marketplace or shop/store identifier.
Verification
To protect account and marketplace data, we may ask you to verify your identity or your authority to act for the relevant business or connected shop before completing the request.
What happens next
After verification, we will identify data eligible for deletion and process the request in accordance with applicable law, contractual obligations and marketplace developer requirements. Where technically applicable, we will stop further processing associated with disconnected marketplace credentials.
Information we may retain
Limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial records, audit requirements or to demonstrate that a deletion request was completed. We will not retain marketplace data merely because it might be useful later.
Marketplace requests
Deleting information from ListNOrder does not necessarily delete information held independently by Etsy, Shopify, eBay, Amazon or another marketplace. Requests concerning data held by those platforms should also be directed to the relevant platform when appropriate.
